About us

“Most of us have a big vision for our lives. We want to be happy and fulfilled, while living true to ourselves and our values. But sometimes, we lack a plan on how to make this a reality. We may face difficult obstacles, be held back by our fears and challenges, or get stuck in unhealthy patterns and habits.”

About Dallas Heath

Nutritionist & Wellness Coach

I am a Nutritionist and Coach, specializing in metabolic manipulation and sports performance. I have a strong passion for helping other live their most aligned life, realizing their highest potential. I have coached for more than a decade and over the past 5 years have led over 600 individuals to healthier, happier, higher-performing lives.

I’ve always been interested in how food influences all aspects of our lives: physical, mental, as well as emotional. That’s why I  pursued a degree in nutrition. Along the way, I helped educate young children on the importance of proper nutrition and volunteered to help fight against hunger and malnourishment. I have also played a role in organizing large advocacy groups to encourage change on a policy level to help permanently improve food education and access in California.

I approach coaching by assessing all areas of a person’s life and treat the issue at the root cause. Working with me means assessing your nutrition, exercise, sleep, hydration, stress, hormones, and how these facets of life can work in concert. I believe everybody is on a personal path that  needs an unique approach. My goal with each client is to help them create the blueprint, or manual if you will, for their body, mind and well-being.

Leadership is a skill I have worked hard to to hone from a young age. It is a strength that allows me to enable people and guide them to achieve their best. When I took my first leadership role at 19 as manager of a  gym, I was awarded Best in the North State within the first 6 months. Since then I have taken on many leadership roles and received a range of awards for my skills  during my years at university. I now use these skills to help lead others to achieve their goals as well manage my own business.
